Made by La Fabbrica della Pasta, a family business with three generations of pasta-making expertise in Gragnano, Italy. This town has been famous for its pasta for over 500 years! What makes this pasta so special? They use local spring water and high-protein Durum wheat, extruded through bronze dies for a texture that really grabs onto the sauce. Plus, they dry it slowly at a low temperature to keep it perfectly al dente. La Fabbrica della Pasta is one of only a handful of pasta makers left in the region to hold IGP (Protected Geographical Origin) certification.
