Whether you're a sushi aficionado or just starting to explore the art of sushi making, this class offers the perfect mix of fun, flavor, and learning.

Homemade Pasta

In this hands-on class, you will work in pairs to create your very own pasta dough to take home with you together with a delicious sauce that you'll get to sample alongside freshly baked focaccia.

Fresh Mexican Classics

Join Chef Carlos Cisneros as he teaches you the art of authentic Mexican basics. You will learn to make your own tortillas, fresh ceviche and guacamole two ways.

Marbled Cake Decorating

Join our pastry chef Megan as she demos and teaches on how to decorate a marbled cake.  With 10+ years as a pastry chef and cake decorator, Megan wants every person that encounters a cake to learn just a few small skills that will help take your cake game to the next level.

Knife Skills and Sharpening

Learn everything from basic mincing and dicing to more advanced techniques like julienning and brunoising. You'll also discover the different types of knives and their uses, as well as how to properly hone and care for your own knives.

Wine Tasting

Enjoy a selection of unique wines that promise to refresh and intrigue, each chosen for their quality and affinity for winter enjoyment. Learn about the regions, grape varietals, and wine-making processes that contribute to the profile of each wine and how to pair these delightful wines enhancing both the flavors of the meal and the wine.
