Emile Henry | 175th Anniversary Pie Dish, Blue / Sable
A limited-edition commemorative pie dish from Emile Henry, crafted in collaboration with Jars Céramistes from the South of France to celebrate 175 years of French ceramic craftsmanship. The two-tone Blue/Sable glaze layers a soft mineral blue interior over a warm sable exterior, and a 10" scalloped rim carries the embossed anniversary mark on the base. Handcrafted in Marcigny, Burgundy from mineral-rich clay using Emile Henry's HR Ceramic (High Resistance Oven Ceramic) process — the dish moves straight from freezer to a 500°F oven without cracking, distributes heat evenly for a fully baked crust, and resists scratching, fading, and staining over years of use.
