Made in Burgundy from mineral-rich Burgundian clay, the Green and Ivory glaze pairs a deep mossy interior with a soft ivory exterior and finishes in a scalloped ruffle at the rim. It is designed for everyday use and built to hand down.

Emile Henry's HR (High Resistance) ceramic goes straight from freezer to a 500°F oven without flinching. The refractory glaze resists scratching, fading, and staining, and the scalloped edge makes crimping crust a little easier. A 10" diameter gives you the depth for fruit pies, quiches, and deep savory bakes.
