The rules for Crianza are strict: the wine must spend a minimum of one year in American or French oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle, before release. This 2020 is sourced from Rioja's sun-soaked vineyards, where clay-limestone soils and a continental climate — hot summers, cold winters, dry winds off the Cantabrian mountains — push Tempranillo toward concentration and finesse.
