Tartufissima® is the world’s first truffle pasta, created in 1990 by Beppe, chef and founder of TartufLanghe. Its handmade shape, high truffle content, and generous eggs give it an extraordinary texture and a sophisticated, well-balanced flavor that enhances the aroma of Italian summer truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). In 1992, Tartufissima N°19 was awarded “Outstanding New Product” at the Fancy Food Summer Show in New York City. Its international acclaim continued in 2012 when it was selected by Oprah Winfrey for her “Oprah’s Favorite Things” list, celebrating the pasta as a top-tier gourmet product.
