Winter Spice Metropolitan • 2oz Calvados Brandy • .5 of pH Winter Spice • 1 oz Antica Vermouth • 6 dashes pH House Bitters • Fresh Rosemary Branch Prep the glass by rubbing the insides of a coupe glass with a 4-inch rosemary branch. Combine ingredients into a mixing glass, stir on ice and strain into the coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Winter spice syrup, cracked pepper, cream, hot water, makers mark bourbon, garnished with floating star of anise.
