Hand wash in hot soapy water immediately after use. Do NOT soak in water for extended periods. Never put in the dishwasher (this can cause discoloration, dullness, and cracking/warping). Dry thoroughly immediately after washing. Periodically oil with a food-safe mineral oil (like Earlywood's wood conditioner) when the wood appears dry. This helps maintain its condition and prevent cracking.
