Col di Luna's Flora Rosato is the feisty sibling of the Flora Brut — same organic family estate near the Dolomites, same hands-off approach, completely different grape. This one is 100% Raboso Piave, a deeply local variety that almost disappeared in the 20th century as vineyards pivoted to more marketable grapes. Today, a handful of producers in Treviso still farm it, and Col di Luna is one of the best examples of why that matters.

Raboso is distinctive: high in acidity, high in tannin for a rosé, with a spicy, brambly character that earns it the nickname "the Barbera of the Veneto." The Flora Rosato opens with aromas of wild strawberry, blood orange, and dried raspberry. On the palate, you get a trifecta of fresh fruit, lively acidity, and a peppery, slightly grippy finish that cuts right through rich food. The grapes grow on gravel and limestone soils and ferment with native yeasts.

Serve cold. Pair with cured meats, mushroom pizza, grilled fish, or light pasta with tomato sauce. Treviso, Veneto, Italy. Organic. NV.
