It serves as an easy indicator for when to replenish your Grotto's clay humidifier with water. Simply prop it against the interior wall or lay it flat. For optimal cheese storage, maintain 70% humidity or higher. Keep in mind all hygrometers have a margin of error of +/- 5%.
