Cathead biscuit = big biscuit Cathead biscuits are perfect for a breakfast sandwich or cutting scones or pastries for strawberry shortcake. They're a little oversized, but ideal for when you need something a little larger.
Handmade in Tennessee, using Black Walnut, Cherry and Maple. I refer to these biscuit cutters as functional art. Featured in Food Network Magazine, Southern Cast Iron Magazine, Taste of the South Magazine, and Southern Living Magazine.
- Makes 3" diameter biscuits
- Do not put in the dishwasher. Do not soak in the sink. We recommend wiping with a damp cloth after use. Periodically, if needed, use beeswax or food-safe mineral oil for upkeep.
