Ankarsrum’s pasta rollers allow you to create delicious, homemade pasta that impresses at any dinner. With a focus on taste and texture, making pasta from scratch is easier than you might think. The pasta rollers, sourced from the renowned Italian company Marcato, carry 80 years of experience in pasta-making.

To achieve the best results, roll the lasagna dough several times through the widest setting before gradually reducing the thickness. For fettuccine or spaghetti, use the rolled-out pasta sheets and feed them through the respective rollers. Only pasta dough should be used with these attachments, and it's crucial to avoid inserting fingers or foreign objects into the roller. These attachments fit all Assistents models N1-N30.

The Lasagna Roller produces sheets that are 145 mm wide, with adjustable thickness from 0.6 mm to 4.8 mm, while the Lasagnette Cutter creates pasta strips that are 10 mm wide.
