The ultimate in indulgent dips, this Spinach & Artichoke will not disappoint. Bursting with flavor, ours is a slightly ‘lighter’ version that will keep you going back for more…and more….and more! Choose your favorite vehicle to transport from your hand to your mouth - ours is pita chips! Makes about 4 cups.
  • 1 cup sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (8 oz.)
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, and dip mix.
  • Add chopped artichoke hearts and shredded
  • Parmesan cheese, stirring well.
  • Pour mixture into 8” x 8” baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Serve with pita chips, crackers, or toasted French bread slices.
