This 100% traceable caviar is harvested from California White Sturgeon and has a buttery, creamy flavor with some nuttiness and a hint of Parmesan, perfect for pairing with potato chips, creme fraiche, and chopped chives.

Store caviar at a consistent temperature between 32°–38° F. The ideal place to store it is in the coldest part of your refrigerator, like the back bottom drawer. You can also keep it on ice.
