Simon Tardieux first fell in love with organic viticulture as a teenager at the legendary domaine Clos Roche Blanche. He returned to Thésée in 2009 to partner with neighbor Alain Courtault, who had farmed organically since 1998. Following Alain's retirement in 2020, Simon took full stewardship, now co-managing with Jerome Gal. As community-minded as they are wine-minded, the domaine organizes collective composting and organic fairs. 'Le Temps des Aunis' honors this near-forgotten grape.
