Do not wash with water —never clean under running water or in the dishwasher. Use a dry brush or soft cloth to remove excess flour and dough residue. If dough gets stuck in the rollers, let it dry completely, then use a wooden stick or brush to remove it. Wipe the chrome-plated steel body with a dry or slightly damp cloth if needed, then dry immediately.
