  • Your MINERAL B PRO pan comes coated in a layer of beeswax to protect it during transit. Before first use, wash the pan thoroughly with hot water and a scrub brush or sponge to remove all beeswax—no soap needed.
  • Once clean and dry, season your pan by heating it and applying a thin layer of high-smoke point oil (like grapeseed or flaxseed). Heat until the oil begins to smoke lightly, then let it cool. This begins building the natural nonstick patina.
  • After cooking, rinse with hot water, wipe clean, and dry completely. Avoid soap and never put it in the dishwasher. Rub with a light coat of oil before storing.
