- Floodgate 4.5% ABV Rice Lager - light bodied, refreshing with a dryer finish
- Crispy Boh, 5% ABV Bohemian Pilsner - light breadiness, spice, floral with a crisp finish
- Wide Open, 6.8% Hazy IPA - The experimental HBC 1019 hop used in making this beer has been described as “a potent but pleasing mix of citrus, tropical, and stone fruits, with notes of coconut, Valencia oranges, caramelized bananas, peaches, and honeydew melon.”
- Troublesome, 6.8% Porter - chocolate, coffee and caramel notes with a smooth finish;
We've paired each course with the beers which completely enhances the food and brews to their fullest potential. Chef Hunter will use each beer chosen for each course in the cooking process. This 3 Course Meal will feature
