FarmSteady | Soft Pretzel and Beer Cheese Making Kit
Our absolute favorite bar snack is a soft pretzel (ideally warm) with beer cheese on the side for dipping. It easily competes with any good cheese plate. Savory and salty, it’s certainly a guilty pleasure. So much so that we’d prefer eating it with friends in the comfort of our own home.
- Pretzel Baking Mix
- Malt Powder
- Pretzel Salt
- Baking Yeast
- Cheese Cloth
- Vegetable Rennet
- Needed but not included: Butter, Baking Soda (For Pretzels), Milk, Cream, Yogurt (For Beer Cheese)
Storage & Care:
- All the ingredients in the kit are good for 12-18 months from shipment. Best by date is printed on the baking mix. Cheesecloth is reusable. Hand wash with dish soap after use and air dry.
