This elegant and aromatic white wine is produced by Domaine Lauverjat, located in the renowned Sancerre region of the Loire Valley, France. The Lauverjat family, known for their dedication to sustainable farming and minimal intervention, crafts wines that beautifully express the unique terroir of their vineyards.

Lauverjat Sancerre Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, sourced from 30-year-old vines grown in clay-limestone soils predominantly in Sury-en-Vaux. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, spending a total of three months on its fine lees. This process results in a wine with a bright straw color and an aromatic bouquet of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, with subtle hints of minerality and flint.

On the palate, Lauverjat Sancerre Blanc offers crisp acidity and flavors of grapefruit, lime, and melon, balanced by a refreshing minerality and a long, clean finish.
