Proposed Menu (Subject to Approval/Modification by Customer):
- Starter: Begin with a fresh white cannellini bean dip, paired with homemade focaccia.
- Main Course: Chef Hunter will guide you through making his special Bolognese sauce served over freshly made pappardelle.
- Dessert: We'll end the class with a sweet treat, because no meal is complete without a little something sweet.

- Wine Pairing: Enjoy up to 4 glasses of wine specially selected to complement the rich flavors of the Bolognese and Starter courses. Guests may substitute other drinks of their choice.
