Paysan Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from old vines, some as old as 75 years, from Brigantino, Tres Pinos Creek, and Wheeler vineyards. The wine showcases a deep ruby color with an aromatic bouquet of blackberries, wild huckleberries, and a touch of dried herbs.
