Travel to the heart of Emilia-Romagna without leaving town! This 2-hour hands-on pasta workshop teaches you how to make silky, ribbon-cut pappardelle and finish it with a true Italian Bolognese.
In this immersive class, you will:
-Make fresh egg pasta dough from scratch
-Roll and hand-cut beautiful pappardelle ribbons
-Learn the fundamentals of traditional Bolognese (a slow-simmered sauce—prepared ahead but finished with you!)
-Cook your pasta and bring everything together for a rich, restaurant-worthy dish
This class is perfect for home cooks, date nights, friend groups, or anyone who loves Italian cuisine and wants an authentic culinary experience!
Wine pairings are available with this class. If chosen, you will get to try two wines to go with your pasta dish. These wines have been carefully selected by our sommelier to complete your palate.
