Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting to ensure a clean, even burn and prevent tunneling. Burn candle for 2-3 hours at a time, or until the melt pool reaches the outer edges of the candle, especially during the first burn. This prevents tunneling and maximizes burn time.
