"Miami Nights" with Chef Alejandro Ortiz, Saturday, May 4, 2024, 6:00pm-8:00 pm

Saturday, May 4th, Step into the vibrant streets of Miami with PINTA KITCHEN's newest class, "Miami Spice." Raised in Miami Chef Alejandro will transport you to his adopted hometown, where the rhythms of Mambo and the aromas of Cuban cuisine (and Cafecito) fill the air.

In this class, you'll master the art of creating the beloved Cuban classic: Ropa Vieja. You'll also learn to prepare the traditional accompaniments: fluffy White Rice, sweet Plantains, savory Sherried Black Beans, and more! 

But the experience doesn't end with the main course. There’s also dessert (spiced flan anyone?), sip on carefully selected wines paired with the dishes, and raise a toast with a classic Mojito, completing your journey through the tastes of Miami.
