This elegant and lively sparkling wine is produced by Mathieu Cosme, a renowned winemaker in the Vouvray region of the Loire Valley, France. Known for his dedication to organic and biodynamic practices, Mathieu Cosme crafts wines that reflect the unique terroir of his vineyards.

"Les Fines Bulles" Pétillant is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, sourced from 20 to 60-year-old vines planted on a mix of sandy silex and tuffeau soils. The wine undergoes the traditional méthode Champenoise, with a minimum of 12 months aging sur lattes before disgorgement. This results in a dry sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles and a well-balanced profile.

The wine showcases a pale golden color and an aromatic bouquet of green apple, pear, and white flowers, with subtle hints of honey and minerals. On the palate, it offers crisp acidity and flavors of citrus, quince, and a touch of brioche, leading to a refreshing and elegant finish.
