The Maple Reversible Carving Board, measuring 20"x14", is recognized as the best carving board by both America's Test Kitchen and Cook's Illustrated. This classic board features a unique design with one side having an indentation that cradles poultry or roasts, preventing them from slipping during carving. Ideal for a variety of large, round items such as pineapples, melons, and cabbages, the opposite side is flat and includes a generous juice groove. This versatile board is perfect for both holiday turkey preparations and weeknight roast chicken.

  • Handwash with warm, soapy water after each use and dry thoroughly with a towel.
  • Never soak or submerge in water; do not run in a dishwasher or use in a microwave.
  • Avoid placing hot pots or pans on the board to prevent burn marks.
  • Apply JK Adams Mineral Oil and/or Beeswax Wood Conditioner weekly with a lint-free cloth to maintain the finish.
  • If the grain becomes raised and feels rough, lightly buff the area with 200-grit sandpaper and reapply wood conditioner afterward.
  • Maple is a forgiving hardwood, and grain variation is to be expected.
