Handwash with warm, soapy water after each use and dry thoroughly. Never soak, submerge in water, run in a dishwasher, or use in a microwave. Avoid placing hot pots or pans directly on the board to prevent burn marks. Apply J.K. Adams Mineral Oil and/or Beeswax Wood Conditioner once a week with a lint-free cloth to maintain the finish. If the grain feels rough, lightly buff with 200 grit sandpaper, then reapply the wood conditioner.
