 We’ll begin by a dive into the world of Salumi, we’ll define the category, talk selection and explore  three distinct types of salumi.

On to the main course:  Learn to craft Orecchiette with Sausage and Broccolini, a dish that embodies the essence of "Everyday Italian" cooking, with its hearty flavors and simple ingredients, it’s a great example of Italy’s magical rustic cuisine. Each step of the way, Chef Alejandro and Alexandra will guide you through the process, sharing their expertise and passion for cooking.

To conclude this culinary journey we go to Sardinia for inspiration: Ricotta Fritti with Pistachios and Honey, an empanada-like dessert filled with creamy ricotta and topped with crunchy pistachios and luscious honey!
