Welcome to Athens Cooks' Friday Prix Fixe Chef's Table - Fall/ Winter 2024: a celebration of the best of summer held every Friday evening at 7:00 for six weeks. As the temperature dips and the cool air of Autumn fills the air, we invite you to indulge in a feast that celebrates the very best of the season.

Of Chefs, Menus, and Cuisines

Chef Hunter White, Executive Chef – Athens Cooks: With 8 years of professional cooking experience and extensive culinary training, Chef Hunter refined his skills with the Chuck's Fish group and at Athens' renowned Five and Ten. Drawing on his Southern roots, Chef Hunter creates dishes that playfully highlight regional flavors and local ingredients. For our Fall/Winter Supperclub, he’s excited to showcase Athens’ seasonal bounty, blending it with coastal inspirations to craft a unique and comforting dining experience perfect for the cooler months

Chef Alejandro Ortiz, Adjunct-Chef, Sommelier, Program Coordinator – Athens Cook | Chef, PINTA: An industry veteran and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Alejandro draws inspiration from his Miami and Caribbean upbringing, as well as his extensive work in Asia, Italy, and Spain. Alejandro blends the flavors of his childhood with those of his years abroad, culminating in what he coins his "Pinta Cuisine." For our Fall/Winter Supperclub, Alejandro is excited to present comforting, cold-weather dishes with influences from Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, and Athens' local seasonal offerings

Each Chef will alternate hosting the Supperclub starting with Athens Cooks' own Chef Hunter who will debut the series on September 20th
