Three small vent openings on the body let air circulate so cloves stay firm and sprout-free, while the lid doubles as a tray for loose cloves you've already pulled off a head.

Emile Henry has been making ceramics in Marcigny, Burgundy since 1850. Each piece is fired from locally sourced Burgundy clay and backed by a 10-year warranty. The pot is stackable with others in the range, dishwasher safe, and built to sit out on the counter for years.
