Elisabetta Foradori | Teroldego
A light and juicy Teroldego with pronounced acidity that enhances freshness. Smooth, rounded profile offers pleasurable balance where evident minerality imparts distinctive character to this exceptional indigenous grape variety from the Dolomites.
Elisabetta Foradori Teroldego is crafted from 100% Teroldego grapes sourced from 12 parcels across Campo Rotaliano's alluvial soils of sand, pebbles, and granite. The 20-year-old vines are farmed biodynamically and hand-harvested. Winemaking involves gentle destemming without crushing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks, and 12 months aging in a combination of French oak barrels and clay amphorae. This IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti wine represents the purest expression of Trentino's most celebrated indigenous variety.
