The Côtes-du-Rhône is primarily composed of Grenache, with smaller amounts of Syrah and Mourvèdre, sourced from two specific parcels in the municipality of Orange: Maucoil and Bois Lauzon. The grapes are hand-harvested, double sorted, and fermented using only native yeasts. The wine is aged in concrete vats for about 10 months, allowing the purity of the fruit to shine through.
This wine showcases a deep ruby color with an aromatic bouquet of red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, along with notes of spice and garrigue.
