Flora Prosecco Brut NV
Col di Luna is a family winery just north of Venice, at the foot of the Dolomites in Vittorio Veneto, where the Cosmo family has been farming vines for decades. Their "Flora" Prosecco stands apart from the crowd because it's made as a Brut Nature — which means zero dosage (no added sugar), zero compromise. Most commercial Prosecco adds sugar after disgorgement to smooth the edges. Col di Luna skips it entirely.
The result is a 100% Glera sparkling wine, grown organically, that tastes like the vineyard rather than the winery. The nose is all mountain wildflowers, honeysuckle, tart green apple, and a touch of white peach. On the palate it's bone-dry, clean, and lively — with fine, persistent bubbles and a slightly chalky minerality on the finish. The crown cap closure keeps everything fresh and pressure-sealed until you're ready.
Aperitivo wine, full stop. Serve cold. Works beautifully on its own, or alongside charcuterie, fresh ricotta, fried vegetables, or oysters. Treviso, Veneto, Italy. Organic. NV.
