"Brutto" is made from 100% Catarratto grapes, sourced from the iron-rich limestone slopes in the northwest region of Sicily near Alcamo. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and is finished using the ancestral method, resulting in a naturally sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles.

"Brutto" showcases a bright, straw-yellow hue with an aromatic bouquet of apricot, peach, and subtle smoky notes. On the palate, it offers crisp acidity and flavors of citrus, green apple, and minerals, balanced by a refreshing finish.
