"Brutto" by Aldo Viola is a natural sparkling Catarratto, re-fermented in the bottle using native yeasts and no added chemicals. Grown at 400m altitude, it offers bright freshness, minerality, and a velvety mousse. Juicy and soothing, it’s perfect with fish, white meats, or young cheeses. An ideal summer wine with strong Sicilian character and artisanal roots.
