Sold in 12 oz Whole Bean Bags we are currently offering;

bELL'S -

Components of bell’s change multiple times throughout the year to embrace the freshest harvests available to our roasting team. However, the flavor profile goal remains the same - nutty, chocolatey, balanced, and approachable. This blend is designed to be your everyday go-to for lovers of classic coffee flavors. It shines across every brew method and every milk and sugar addition you could dream of.

Biranu Dulo -

Brewing this coffee is quite versatile! Any way you slice it, you’re in for a mouthful of fruit flavor and a lot of natural sweetness. Finer grinds tend to bring out a fuller body and more intense flavors. You’ll find the flavor becomes more concentrated, like raspberry jam and chocolate. Coarser grinds will boost the flavor clarity and complexity - so in addition to berries and chocolate, you’ll find a plethora of tropical fruit and flowers in the cup.

Decaf Monk -

Decaf Monk is as fresh and flavorful as the caffeinated coffees offered by 1000 Faces and pairs wonderfully with milk! The current iteration, featuring the EA Sugarcane processed lot from Colombia, is super sweet, juicy, and full bodied. Tasting notes include: apple juice, cherry cola, nougat, vanilla, marshmallow, baking spice, brown sugar, caramel.

Familia Ortega Gomez -

This coffee tends to perform well across all brew methods and is quite forgiving. It tastes nice along a wide spectrum of grind sizes as well. On the finer end, you’ll find deeper sweetness and more classic coffee flavors - brown sugar, vanilla, chocolate, apple butter. On the coarser end, you’ll highlight brighter fruit and complexity - orange, cherry, grapefruit, honey, sweet tea. The ideal brew should produce a combination of juicy yet balanced red fruit flavors coupled with a full, structured sweetness.

Suke Quto -

To fully bring out the more delicate stone fruit and floral flavors, we recommend grinding a bit coarser and brewing at a ratio of 1:17 (coffee:water). In the opinion of 1000 Faces, this keeps the flavors super clean and transparent.

Wilson Zuleta -

This is a straightforward coffee that benefits from tighter grind sizes. Aim for a brew ratio around the 1:16 - 1:17 (coffee:water) range to accentuate the big body and heavy sweetness this coffee has to offer. The ideal brew should have a creamy milk chocolate sweetness with a balanced fruity acidity akin to cherry pie!
