Rolling out flawless pie crusts or delicate pastries without the board slipping or dough sticking feels like the ultimate baking win. This Ultimate Pastry Board from J.K. Adams delivers that confidence, born from feedback of hundreds of home bakers who shared exactly what they needed in size, shape, and clever details.
We love the engraved circles for common pie diameters, rulers along the edges for precise measurements, and that handy notched corner that keeps your rolling pin right where you left it. One side features a walnut cleat that braces securely against your counter, while the flip offers a flat surface for everyday chopping.
Crafted from sustainably harvested North American maple and finished with mineral oil and beeswax, it stays smooth and durable through seasons of holiday pies and weekend treats. Simple cleat assembly required, but it becomes your trusted partner for turning flour into family traditions. Bring this baker's dream home and roll out something wonderful!

Wood is an incredible natural material that expands and contracts with moisture and humidity.
Regular regimented care of this product will protect it for years to come.
Handwash with warm, soapy water after each use and dry thoroughly with a towel.
Never soak or submerge in water, run in a dishwasher, or use in a microwave.
Placing hot pots or pans on your board can result in a lasting burn mark.
Apply JK Adams Mineral Oil and / or Beeswax Wood Conditioner once a week, with a lint free cloth, to all surfaces-including edges and ends-until the finish is established, and at any time the board feels dry.
If at any time the grain of your product becomes raised-causing a rough feeling-a light buffing in the affected area with 200 grit sandpaper will smooth the finish.
Reapply JK Adams wood conditioner after this process.
