Capturing every last drop of those rich juices from a succulent roast or holiday bird turns good gravy into something unforgettable. This medium reversible pour spout carving board from J.K. Adams makes it happen with thoughtful updates to their classic design, featuring handy pour spouts on both sides for clean, easy transfer.
One side cradles your poultry or roast in a gentle well to keep it steady while you carve, channeling juices into the groove and pooling area. Flip it over for a flat surface with the same smart groove and spout, ideal for slicing larger cuts or prepping fruits and veggies without the mess.
We love how the sustainably harvested North American maple brings light, timeless warmth to your kitchen, finished with mineral oil and beeswax for natural protection that lasts through countless feasts. It makes carving feel effortless and rewarding, whether for weeknight dinners or special gatherings. Bring this clever essential home and savor the flavors fully!

Wood is an incredible natural material that expands and contracts with moisture and humidity.
Regular regimented care of this product will protect it for years to come.
Handwash with warm, soapy water after each use and dry thoroughly with a towel.
Never soak or submerge in water, run in a dishwasher, or use in a microwave.
Placing hot pots or pans on your board can result in a lasting burn mark.
Apply JK Adams Mineral Oil and / or Beeswax Wood Conditioner once a week, with a lint free cloth, to all surfaces-including edges and ends-until the finish is established, and at any time the board feels dry.
If at any time the grain of your product becomes raised causing a rough feeling-a light buffing in the affected area with 200 grit sandpaper will smooth the finish.
Reapply JK Adams wood conditioner after this process.
