Art Laietà d'Alta Alella's 'Mirgin' is a Brut Nature — zero dosage, nothing added after disgorgement — built from the classic Catalan trio of Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo), Macabeu, and Parellada. All estate fruit, grown on the distinctive Sauló sandy soils of the Comtats de Barcelona – Serra de Mar zone. Crisp, mineral, and uncompromising. Certified organic.
