"Lulu" Gamay is crafted through semi-carbonic maceration, combining hand-harvested, partially destemmed grapes with whole bunches. The wine is aged on fine lees until bottling, resulting in a fresh and mineral-driven profile. It showcases a bright ruby color with an aromatic bouquet of red berries, cherries, and floral notes. On the palate, it offers lively flavors of raspberries, strawberries, and a hint of spice, balanced by crisp acidity and supple tannins.
