This lively and approachable red wine is produced by Cantina Viticoltori Senesi Aretini, located in the heart of Tuscany, Italy. Known for their commitment to organic farming and traditional winemaking practices, the winery produces wines that are both expressive and true to their terroir.

Gatto Grosso Vino Rosso is a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Mammolo grapes, harvested by hand from low-yield vineyards. The wine undergoes natural yeast fermentation in large 300hl tanks at moderate temperatures, followed by batonnage once a month and then every other month after a naturally occurring malolactic fermentation. It is lightly filtered and minimal sulfur is added just before bottling.

The wine showcases vibrant cherry, raspberry, and blueberry flavors, balanced by fresh acidity and a light body, making it an easy-drinking, gluggable red wine.
