Champagne Bergère | Brut Rosé (NV)
From the Vallée du Petit Morin, just south of Épernay — where the Bergère family has held 45 hectares of vines across three Champagne zones for generations. Adrien Bergère's Brut Rosé is assembled from 90% Chardonnay and 10% still Pinot Noir (Coteaux Champenois) from the villages of Fèrebrianges, Étoges, and Congy, grown on clay and limestone soils. Fine persistent bubbles, a salmon-pink hue, red berry aromas, and a chalky, mineral finish. 7g/L dosage keeps it genuinely dry. Genuine grower Champagne at an approachable price.
