Cotes de Duras Famille Mauro blends 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sauvignon Gris, sourced from upper-hill parcels with limestone-rich soils. This wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is both vinified and aged in stainless steel, spending nearly a year on its fine lees. The result is a precise and clean wine that leads with minerality rather than fruit, featuring an aromatic bouquet of citrus, green apple, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it offers a crisp and refreshing profile with flavors of lemon zest, pear, and a hint of almond, balanced by vibrant acidity and a refined texture.
