Join us at Athens Cooks for CHEF’s TABLE DINNER with PINTA KITCHEN, where Chef Alejandro Ortiz crafts a 5-course Prix-Fixe Chef's Dinner, showcasing the best of New World Cuisine. Alejandro’s menu celebrates the melding of New World foodways, flavors, and traditions with those from the Old, offering a fresh perspective on Caribbean, Latin-American, and European culinary traditions.

As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a protégé of Norman Van Aken, one of the ”founders” of New World/ "Floribbean" Cuisine, Chef Alejandro brings his rich Caribbean heritage and extensive global experience to the table.

Accompanied by his partner Alexandra, the PINTA duo has meticulously paired each course with a selection of wines from small family wineries, enhancing the dining experience with perfect harmony between food and drink. From the first course to the last, guests will be treated to a culinary exploration that celebrates innovation while staying true to the traditions that inspire New World Cuisine.
