Made from Lamson’s proprietary Hi-Carbon American Steel, this full-tang Vintage blade is cut, ground, polished and sharpened in Lamson's Massachusetts facilities. Handles constructed of exotic imported hardwoods are affixed to the blades with brass rivets and then the knives are meticulously finished and sharpened. With brass rivets complementing rich walnut handles, the updated Vintage Series pairs a timeless look and feel with a new ergonomic design. The sleek, tapered handles facilitate both traditional and pinch grips. The Fillet/Boning Knife is perfect for delicate tasks such as filleting fish or boning chicken breasts.
