Join Alejandro and Alexandra from PINTA School of Wine for a PINTXO/ TAPAS PARTY (part class, part social, part lots of tapas and wine) as they dive into the flavors of Spain and celebrate the art of tapas in our new class "TASTING TAPAS." Alejandro, with his extensive experience in Spain, invites you to discover the joy of "tapeando" – hopping from one delicious tapa to the next. Tapas, small and savory dishes, are a cornerstone of Spanish cuisine, offering a variety of flavors in bite-sized portions. This style of eating encourages leisurely dining and socializing, making it a delightful culinary experience.

In this class, not only will you explore an array of easy and mouthwatering Spanish tapas, but we'll also carefully pair each dish with the perfect wine, enhancing the flavors and your overall experience.

Our menu includes:

On Arrival: Tabla Española, a board featuring Manchego cheese, serrano ham, marcona almonds, and membrillo (quince paste).

Among some of the things we'll make:

  • Tortilla Española: A classic Spanish omelette (Chef demo only).
  • Marinated Olives: A simple yet flavorful staple of Spanish cuisine.
  • Pan con Tomate: A traditional Andalusian dish of bread with tomato.
  • And other seasonal tapas where we build own own pintxos! 
  • Did we mention the wine pairings?
