Inspired by American blacksmith designs of the 18th and 19th centuries, the Carbon Steel Farmhouse Roaster is a collaboration with renowned Charleston artisan and blacksmith Robert Thomas. Each hand-forged roaster is limited in quantity and uniquely crafted, featuring essential design elements such as hand-hammered handles for easy gripping and a beautiful pre-seasoned interior finish. This roaster combines functionality with aesthetic appeal, offering performance that rivals cast iron at a lighter weight. It's perfect for preparing roast chicken and vegetables, grilled fish, baked gratins, and much more.
