Gather your crew for a night of dipping and sharing. The Ruffoni Fondue Michelle from the Historia Collection turns any meal into a lively fondue fest, whether you're bubbling oil for meats, broth for hot pot, or switching to the porcelain insert for gooey cheese or chocolate bliss. We chose this beauty for its hand-hammered copper pot, tin-lined for that perfect heat distribution right at the table. It doubles as your stovetop saucepot or oven star too.
Ruffoni crafted the copper collar to catch splatters and paired it with a chromed burner for effortless flame tweaks, plus a sturdy iron stand and gel fuel holder. Versatile, elegant, and built for those unforgettable gatherings that linger in memory. Fire it up and watch the fun unfold!

Ideal Use: Perfect for oil and broth fondues; includes a porcelain insert for cheese and chocolate.
Material: Crafted from solid, hammered copper for unparalleled heat conductivity.
Interior: Tin-lined by hand over fire for low-stick cooking.
Handles and Knob: Solid bronze handles with a matching knob.
Oven Safe: Yes, up to 430°F (220°C).
Stovetop: Best used on gas stovetops; not suitable for induction.
Cooking: Recommended for gas stovetops, open flames (wood, charcoal, barbecue), and in the oven. Electric cooktops are also possible. Never heat the pot empty, and do not exceed 430°F (220°C). Bronze handles will get hot; always use pot holders. Washing & Polishing: Hand-wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent, then dry immediately with a soft cloth. Copper develops a rich patina over time; to restore shine, use a copper polish or a mixture of salt with lemon juice/vinegar. Tin Care: Tin may discolor over time but remains effective. Depending on use, the tin lining may eventually wear off and require retinning. Avoid metal tools, overheating, and limit the use of acidic ingredients to prolong the tin lining's life.
