Looking for a kitchen knife that's as stunning as it is sharp? These hand-forged chef knives from artisan Zack Rhymer are calling your name. We're especially smitten with the Thuya Burl/African Blackwood option, boasting a Rockwell hardness of 62 HRC, and the Chef Knife with Hamon, clocking in at 63 HRC. Both feature an 8" blade, perfect for slicing, dicing, and everything in between. The copper bolster adds a touch of elegance, while the slight distal taper ensures agility.

To keep these beauties in tip-top shape, hand-wash and dry immediately, and don't forget to apply oil to preserve their luster. You'll want to treasure these for years to come!

Due to its carbon steel construction, this knife requires specific care to prevent rust. Hand wash immediately after each use with mild soap and warm water, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Apply a thin coat of food-grade mineral oil to the blade regularly, especially after contact with acidic foods or extended use. Store in a dry place, preferably in a knife block, magnetic strip, or a fitted saya (sheath) to protect the edge and surface. Avoid dishwashers, harsh detergents, and abrasive scrubbing pads.
