Drop smaller foods, like garlic, ginger, chocolate chips, nuts, and small veggies into the hopper, push down on the plunger and grate! Perfect for making nut flours!  This accessory helps to easily grate foods without putting your fingers in the way of the ultra-sharp blades.

Use and Care

• Both grater and guard are top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand wash the grater cover.
• We recommend rinsing your Cheese Grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp back side of the Cheese Grater whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
• Store with blade covered when not in use.
